1. Rafting guide full-time trainee (inexperienced rafting guide)

Experience does not matter. Even if you are inexperienced, we will train firmly and support you until your guide debut.

During the training, you will be called a "training student", and although the amount is lower than that of a regular guide, you will continue to train while receiving a proper salary and aim to make your debut as a regular guide. Even during the training period, the training will be done while doing the work of Rustica, such as tour support and various work.

If you are recognized as a guide and make your debut, your salary will increase dramatically during the season (^^) /

It's a job that requires a certain amount of physical strength, so it's a little difficult to make a debut, but the satisfaction when customers enjoy it is exceptional. Communication skills will naturally improve as you interact with various customers.

2. Part-time <part-time> rafting guide (experienced person)

We are looking for experienced people. Those who have experience of guiding up as a rafting guide at other companies (rivers of grade 2 or higher) recognized by Rustica.

If you are an inexperienced person who has no experience as a guide and wants to be a guide, or if you have only experience as a guide for rivers and still water of grade 1 or lower, please be assured that we will support you well with the training program!

Application conditions: 20 years old and over

Education: No matter

Required qualification: Ordinary license

Treatment: Half day (4 hours of actual work) 4500 yen to 7000 yen / 1 day (8 hours of actual work) 9000 yen to 14000 yen

* Depends on experience and qualifications. Consultation on the period is possible.

3, full-time <full-time> rafting guide (experienced person)

* The recruitment for the 2021 season has ended. We are looking for the 2022 season.

Although it is a seasonal job from spring to autumn, it is relatively stable with a full-time monthly salary system. Those who have experience of guiding up as a rafting guide with other companies (grade 2 or higher) recognized by Rustica.
